Needed a super quick birthday card and Banner Blast fit the bill. Best of all it is free! Used the stamp set Happy Congratulations in the Occasions Catalog for the lines to hang the banners from just inked it up with a Strawberry Slush marker. The banners were all stamped and then punched out with the free SAB Banner Punch. A couple of them are popped up with dimensionals to give it a little more depth. I used the cupcake from Another Great Year in the Occasions Catalog and the sentiment as well. Coastal Cabana is the base and Whisper White is the layer, I love how these colors pop.
