Going to Lexington

On Monday I am going to Lexington to see, are you sitting down, the NEW CATALOG.  That's right one of the many perks of being a Stampin' Up! Demo is getting to see new things first.  We not only get to see an Academy Awards type live event we get to bring a NEW CATALOG home with us.  I can not begin to explain how excited I am.  OF course where there are SU! Demos there is swapping. I used a set that I hadn't used lately, Blue Ribbon and loosely cased the current catalog and came up with this card.

It uses Baked Brown Sugar, Strawberry Slush and Coastal Cabana.  I will be devastated when these colors retire next year.

Did you happen to notice the Tea Dolly behind the "ribbon".  That was tough on my OCD self, it bugged me to no end that I could not make them exactly symmetrical.  But in the end I think they turned out just fine.  If you are going to be in Lexington for the NEW CATALOG reveal come find me I would love to swap with you!
