Valentine Wreath

I have been spending some time on Pintrest lately and saw this beautiful wreath made out of hearts. I decided to try my hand at this with the free Designer Series Paper you can get with your $50 order during Sale A Bration called Everyday Enchantment. I chose 4 pieces of paper and cut 2 strips of each which meant I got 8 different designs to work with. Cut strips 2" x 11". Fold the strips in half and adhere right sides together to make a heart shape. I used Sticky Strip one of my favorite adhesives when I know it has to stick. Put a small ribbon inside the heart I chose for the top and there you have it a Valentine's Day wreath to enjoy.

nephew's birthday card

I made a special birthday card for my dinosaur loving nephew. The dinos pop up when you open it up. Hope he likes it. Who am I kidding, he will love it, he is just a big kid inside, who cares that he is now 28!!! My oh my that makes me old. Happy belated birthday BTB.

Valentine Class

On Friday, February 10th I am holding a Valentine's Day Class. We will make this card and a Valentine Treat Holder. This card is a little more complicated than most and will most likely take a bit of your time but is so beautiful. It is my version of the card Shelli Gardner demonstrated at Leadership. This class is offered at 2:00 and at 7:00 and is only $7 if you pay in advance or $10 if you just show up. Please let me know which session you want to attend and if you will be prepaying or paying at the door so I can have sufficient supplies ready. Spaces are limited.

Exciting News

I can't believe it has been a month since I have found time to post. So much has been going on that time just flies by and I don't seem to have enough hours in the day.

Stampin' Up! just announced two wonderful things.

First, the sign up to be a demo and get a FREE BIG SHOT or $100 in free merchandise has been extended till November 11th. PLUS since I attended the Louisville Regional if you sign up with me you will get an additional stamp set called Sweet Cake. Even better if you sign up with me I get that stamp set too! How great would that be!!!

Second, Hostess Benefits just got better. This is such great news that I had to read this announcement twice. Hostesses will receive an additional $35 in free Stampin' Up! products when they hold a workshop totaling $350 or more (excluding tax and shipping)! This is in addition to all the other benefits you already get as a Stampin' Up! hostess. So if your party/workshop order reaches $350 you would get $85 in free merchandise.
